The pictured pullet in the OP's original post is a booted bantam and not a d'uccle .... so either would work, I think its more a question on color than anything.

D'uccles = feathered feet (outside and middle toe), vulture hocks, muffs/beard, small or no wattles, 5 no more than 6 points on comb (roo), The mille fleur color should have moderate black and white mottling (but they get more and more as they age)

Booted Bantam = same as above just no beard/muffs and they have decent sized wattles.
