Does Anyone Know What Breed / Gender This Chick Is?

This chick is 5 weeks old. I bought a straight run lot of chicks at my local Tractor Supply. They were SUPPOSED to be all Cuckoo Marans. All of the others were black and white as expected. But does anyone know what this black chick with the copper head and copper feathers is? Also, I'm assuming it's a pullet, since there's no comb, yet. Any opinions on the matter?

I got a few of these from tractor supply as well. I like them so far. They were in the mixed large breed bin

I could also see this being a strong possibility also. TSC typically gets lots and lots of wyandottes and BSL's so i'd say either would be a safe bet.

Rose comb and lacing throughout the body, not limited to just the head, neck, and chest, indicate Gold Laced Wyandotte. Not black sexlink.
