Does anyone know what breed this chicken is?

I just picked up this chicken today and the store owner doesn't even know what breed it is. It's a fully adult hen according to him. It also doesn't have feathers on her feet and she's really small.

Mixed breed bantam pullet. That’s likely her full size, but she’s not fully developed. She’ll probably fill out some more as she begins to lay.

I think not. She’s got black skin and slate legs.

Reminds me of a gypsy-faced Nankin but that's just resemblance because that's not a breed trait. Likely a Sebright-mix

Silkie game mix? She has a game type body. I didn't notice the black skin but do now.

I think it might be but it's so small

Definitely a bantam.

Maybe an Easter Egger bantam? (If she starts to lay blue or green eggs, then that is definitely what she is.)
