Does anyone know what cities allow goats

I am making a list. I am speaking pro-goat at town hall tonight. So far I have Portland, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Nashville, St. Paul, St. Louis, Pasadena, and New York.

If you know of more please help me out. I'm hoping to change some laws here tonight!
