Does anyone know what is going on with my Roo's comb? Frost bite?

Yes, that looks like frostbite. To help keep it from getting worse, put some petroleum jelly on. You can also put on some antibiotic ointment (without painkillers or "caine" ingredients) to help prevent any infection.

Never rub frostbitten area,as this causes further damage to tissue.
