I just ordered a bantam assortment, and one of the possible breeds is the Mille Fleur d'Uccle. I am not very familiar with this breed and haven't been able to find very much online.

Can anyone tell me what the title translate to in English?

Can anyone tell me anything else about them? Temperment, etc.

Thanks guys!

And "d'Uccle" means "of Uccle"... Uccle is the region in Belgium where they originated.

Belgian bearded d'Uccles are one of my favorite breeds. They're a plucky little chicken - super sweet and inquisitive. I predict you will love them.

Oh good, so glad to hear they are friendly and interesting! I am really hoping to have friendly little buddies.

Thanks for the translation! I guessed something to do with flowers, but that was my extent of French!

Thanks everyone, I just love this board; SO helpful!!
