Does anyone know where I can get a chicken diaper with plastic liner?

I have a two four month old silked seramas that are kept indoors.

I might be wrong but I don't think that would be very good for the chicken. Chickens are not indoor type animals. They poop when and where they want. Also their poop is very watery so I don't think covering them up would be very healthy.
