Does anyone know where I can get a feeder like this?

Does anyone know where I can get a feeder like this with the lip around it to keep the feed in that is galvanized? So far I can only find it in the UK. My girls are flinging food everywhere and I need a different feeder.

You can find a bunch of places that sell them. Just a quick search for chicken feeders will pull up a bunch of sites where you can purchase them online. Like this -

Or you can stop in at your local feed store. Most will have galvanized feeders in stock.

Thanks but I'm looking for one with the lip around the bottom that is turned in to prevent beaking out of their feed

If your girls are spilling feed out of a hanging feeder, it might not be at the proper height. Feeders should be at about chest height. And it would be fairly easy to take a pair of pliers or a hammer and get the rim of a typical feeder turned in a bit.
