Does anyone live in a very Chicken/duck friendly town? If so, where?

I am almost afraid to respond because what if the laws change...

For now, so far as I can find, my hometown (Wilkesboro, NC) has NO ordinances related to poultry keeping where I live. I have researched and researched and can't find a thing prohibiting. Even called the local animal control and they knew of no ordinances. My problem is only keeping so many chickens as I can afford, lol.

LOL same here in bolivia (near south port) I cant find any laws and everyone here has chickens... well almost everyone​
