Does anyone out there make jam?

Did you try that sweet pepper jam? What were your results?
Well I have two pints of processed peppers in the fridge, turns out I still had 25 lbs of peppers left on on the glean pick. 1-1/2 gallons of saracha started, and two gallons of lacto-fermented pepper rings, and a bunch of anchos in the dehydrator, those two batches of jam are waiting till tomorrow evening. Lol I am doing one with 50/50 yellow and red and one batch all red. Looking forward to it, sound good.

Better late than never huh? :)
Thank you Sir, it came out great, even with my major duh moment.
Both batches set up well, I should have taken a picture of the foam/test plate, for some reason it disappeared, just an empty plate left .:idunno Color of the jam itself is pretty well indistinguishable between the half red/yellow and the all red, I can taste just a little more bit in the red. I think even the boss will be OK with it, mine like yours doesn't go for spicy.

I got five "half pints" each batch, but I am pretty sure the little honey pots might be metric. Those smaller metric ones used to irk me so bad doing "quarts" with new jars.

My major DUH moment, I used a jar of pectin, it has basically three boxes worth in it. I measured out for the first batch, and then derr.... I dumped the rest of the jar in instead of what I measured. I carefully scooped out a batch worth, and used it for the second round.
