Gonna do it again or stick to chickens? I'm playing with the idea of cleaning out over the winter and just starting fresh every year. Little more trouble than meat birds. Well, different trouble. Different taste. We shall see.

My poor partner is allergic to the quail. And the rabbits.

And I've just found out my new rabbit is allergic to the quail.

Sorry to hear this. This is more an issue than I thought. I'm allergic to dogs and cats. Crazy Lady is down to 7 dogs.

Since I'm on allergy medicine, no clue if I am allergic. Hmmm.

Sounds like the aviary will become the chicken excluding garden. What a lovely garden!

I am too, they are fun little birds to keep. They make sweet little sounds too.

BBQ will be later when we all have time to gather, thank you. I'm still following you though so I can enjoy them still!

Have you thought about pheasants? or are you allergic to any kind of bird.
