, cant wait that long... I'm in a warm part of the country, does anyone sell chicks online that are available now (Dec 11)? I havent checked my local contacts yet.

You'll have to order online. I've had very good luck with Meyer's Hatchery, but there are others too.

Check the California threads for people near you with chicks. It may be warm where you are, but its not warm many places so you are more likely then normal to end up with stressed or dead chicks if you ship.

I know the so cal threads are active, there will be someone there, or check craigslist.

Charm has great birds too! I also hatch year round not to many birds though. Craigslist or Facebook groups is what I wound recommend.
