Does anyone sell eggs to a grocery store?

If so, how did you get into it? Is it profitable? I don't have nearly enough chickens to do anything like that, but if I were to try it someday, I was just wondering if it's something I could do.

Not sure how all of that really works. I do know that they have to be USDA approved. My ex-inlaws ran a meat market and someone would come in randomly and inspect the eggs (to make sure they were not fertile) and they had to show an invoice that they had bought the eggs from a USDA approved poultry supplier.
