Does anyone use a drapery motor...

for the coop door?
If so, do you run it on a lamp timer?
I've been trying to get mine set but for some reason I can seem to figure it out.
On the timer...do you have to have 4 time settings, an on time and an off time or do you need 4 settings? Timer works fine on my lamps.

If you are looking for an inexpensive pop door motor I would suggest the motor from a power antenna available at most junk yards for $5.%.

I have the d20 motor and you need 2 on and 2 off, I got my timer on amazon couldn't figure out how to use the on I bought at home depot.
