Does anyone use a fogger to treat their coop?

I am looking for an inexpensive fogger to treat my chicken pen for mites and lice. Unfortunately for me, the chickens live in a sectioned off area of the barn full of wooden nooks and crannies, and the floor underneath their litter is dirt, so keeping the little critters away will be an ongoing process. I have some fairly good products like "poultry protector concentrate" that must be extremely diluted and then sprayed in a fine mist.

I was thinking a fogger would work well for this. I've never used a fogger. I would worry about respiratory problems. I use DE in my coop.
