Does anyone used this 4 eggs incubator from China?

Does anyone tried this 4 eggs incubator i use one for 2 months now but eggs are failing others dont develop and others embroy dies the only way to turn eggs on this i turn them upside down manual say temp must set to 38.0(its autoset) anyone tried this incubator is it bad or its something else any exprience?

Don't turn the eggs upside down. I've seem reviews that claim they've had successful hatches, but I don't use it because I don't hatch that few at a time
