Does anyone's chicken sound like a duck?

My 5 month old silkie makes distressed duck noises sometimes, usually when he/she can hear me but can't see me. It is the silliest chicken noise I've heard. Does anyone else's chicken sound like a duck? Is this normal? (Not that this chicken is anywhere near normal

Yes, I have a silver gray Dorking that does that every time she sees me and every time I am around her. It used to annoy the heck out of me, but now I just call her anxious Ava. She sounds like she is going to have an anxiety attack all the time! She just seems like she is always afraid she is missing out on something or she does that when she wants something. Her sound is constant and it is like a cross between a duck and a parrot.

One of my buff orps honks like a goose. She does it all the time, for no reason other than to make noise. One of our neighbors even asked us if we had gotten geese. Lol
