I don't get it. I detest Facebook. Won't even join for BYC. It creeps me out, sort of like pheasants do. Guess I'm just not a people person.

I have heard of person being robbed because they posted that they were going on vacation.
I know of a situation were stalking has occurred because something that was thought to be private was not.
I have a relative who works for Government and has storeys of person friending people via facebook to attempt to get information.

I join to monitor what my kids are doing, but really don't participate otherwise.
