Does Corid hurt if it isn't Coccidiosis

Someone said my pullet may have coccidiosis, but we aren't sure. Will giving her Corid hurt her if she doesn't have it.

Corid is very safe, I wouldn't worry about any side effects even if they don't have it.

The food she is getting right now has vitamins in it, will it hurt at all with the corid?

She was getting an all natural flock raiser, but she has been sick with what we were thinking is mareks, so we have been tube feeding her with a baby bird food that was suggested. Both foods have the thiamine in it.

The amount of thiamine in both of the feeds is minimal enough that it shouldn't negate the effects of the Corid,
