Does curly tail feathers mean roo??

    So I got straight run on accident and there like 10 ish week now and some have really red combes but the tail feathers are like this http://www.google.com/search?um=1&h...=isch&sa=1&q=10+week+chick&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&oq= (first bird)
    and some had red combs and some do not but they still have curly tails coming in like this [​IMG] (my bird light barhams)

    Does the curly tail mean roo?
