Does dog pee really deter foxes!?!

I was wondering because i dont have a dog, and if it does would cat pee work just as good!?(i have 2 cats)

Don't know about dog pee but cat pee would knock a buzzard off a gut wagon!

Fox urine is used as a deterrent for some critters. Have not heard of a urine for fox control.

If you are trying to keep deer out of the garden, they make natural deterrant (sold at feed stores and green houses that really works well and it works on goats too

If it does then my dogs must have been lacking something in theirs.

I'm thinking wolf urine would be the best bet for foxes and coyotes. Foxes will kill and eat cats so cat urine probably doesn't bother them much.

I have caught fox by letting a dog pee and show me where the foxes were already peeing, I did not use bait just where the dog peed.
