Does IDEAL email you when they ship?

Shipping is only $0.12 per chick to my area. My order for 20 chicks was only $2.40 for shipping. It had the $7 charge and $2 quarter box charges since I got 2 sets of 10.

I live in texas so the shipping sould be really cheap...? If you don't mind me asking what state do you live in, so i can get an idea.

I'm SC. Here's their info...

AIR PARCEL POST (PRIORITY MAIL): Chicks can be safely shipped to all states and Puerto Rico by Air Parcel Post. For shipments to Texas (except zips 798-799), Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Missouri except zips 620 thru 635, there is no air parcel post charge. For all other states and zip codes add 12¢ per Chick, Bantam, Chukar, or Guinea, 17¢ per Turkey Poult or Duckling, and 26¢ per Gosling.

So theres no shipping for me to pay??

yay!

I've used Ideal many times, and I think you find the shipping on the page when you order. They are in line with everyone else on shipping. I've always had good results from them.

I hope it's comparable to Mcmurry, I like their shipping costs. I plan on ordering this comming spring. I've got big plans for some of the more rare breeds they have availible.
