Does it’s look like the start of a drake feather?

My Peking’s and khaki Campbell’s are approximately 9 weeks old. He is the only one with this curl. I’m 95 percent sure everyone else (except on of the khakis I can’t get a quack or squeak out of him/her are female). I’m already pretty sure my little Howie is a male but is this a start of a drake feather? He’s the one in the back.

Could be next 2-3 weeks will give you certainty. But voice sexing is best way now. Drakes sound lime crocking frogs and females quack loud.
