Does "Little Fella" need a new name?

Hi everybody! We need some help with figuring out if 14 week old is a hen or a rooster. When we got this batch14 weeks ago, we thought that "little fella" was the only rooster. We were wrong. There are three that have turned out to be roosters. However, "Little Fella" doesn't seem to have the same feathers as the other three.
