Thank you all for your replies. I'm thinking it was definitely Mareks. We decided to give her a week to improve and sadly she didn't. Although she was eating and drinking she was still wasting away.
And now it appears that there is another in the flock with the same symptoms. I noticed on Sunday one of our 8 week old cockerels was limping. A few days later he was still able to walk but if he's in too big a hurry he gets the splits with his legs and had to use his wings for balance. Today he's still walking with a limp but sits down a lot to rest. I decided to just leave him with the flock because they've all been exposed as it is and he and his siblings are still being raised by moma. She's been such a good momma to him. When he gets too far behind all he has to do is call out and she comes right back for him with all the siblings in tow. I'm sure he's going to get worse as well and once he can no longer walk we will cull him.
