Does my chicken ever eat feed!?

Good morning everyone
I didn't know if I should've posted this here or in the health section so I'm sorry if I'm posting in the wrong section.
I'm wondering for some advice. I have a hen, a black star who is on the bottom of the pecking order. Every morning when I get up the other two hens are talking and pecking ready to come out the coop to eat. When I open the door, the other two charge out and right alway start eating. My black star stays behind and looks or comes out the coop and walks away. I never see her eat feed! I see her eat grass and such. When I give her treats she is also very hesitant to eat it. I've tried taking her feed and adding yogurt to it and she eats it that way when the feed is mushy. I'm hoping she doesn't become lethargic and depressed she's just very calm and kinda keeps to herself doing her own thing. Will she be alright?

The others may have her intimidated to stay away from the feed. It would be a good idea to put out 2 feeding stations in different places so they can't guard both at the same time.

Can you weigh them? Chickens can fluff up their feathers without appearing 'fluffy', and this can disguise a lack of flesh underneath.

You think I should switch from layer pellets to crumble? & how much scratch should I feed my three hens at the end of the day? I don't want to over feed them and them get fat lol

Pellets and crumble have the same nutrition. Chickens won't starve themselves unless prevented from reaching food by others.

Weighing is a good idea.
A handful of scratch for all the chickens is sufficient. They don't NEED scratch. It just helps them satisfy their natural tendency to scratch around looking for food.
