Does my chicken getting better?

Last week my chicken was kinda sick they just go in the coop and not really active. Their crop also squishy and they don’t eat a lot. But these few days they more active take dust bath and eat more. But their crop is squishy? Do they have sour crop? Because if I don’t feel their crop I wouldn’t think they sick because they acting pretty normal. Should I be concerned

Not yet.. but their crop is mainly the issue
