Does my chicken have fowl pox?

Hi, I was wondering if my chicken possible has fowlpox. She was just sick about 5 days ago and is all better, but then i noticed a few small black spots on her comb. I'm not sure if i'm just being paranoid because of her being sick a few days ago, or if it's something serious.

From your picture, I don't see any evidence of pox. Sometimes they may get little fly bites or peck marks from another chicken that like very black. Here are 2 good links with pictures and info on pox:
