Does my chicken have meriks?

One of my chickens has been laying down most of the day. Before it was very active. It still sometimes plays with the other chickens and runs with them. I'm guessing it might be sick, meriks, or it might have got hit my a car.

it also isn't paralyzed anywhere, it can still walk and run.

It could be a lack of vitamins, try giving her Rooster Booster, and if she continues to lay down, and appears to be getting worse, then it probably is Mareks
