Does my dog sound like it has a urninary infection or just stubborness

I would definitely take her to the vet.

And yes, some dogs do have more trouble with their picky glands and will need them expressed more frequently. Some dogs never have a problem their whole lives.
 
Thanks for all the replies. I'll make a vet appointment and tell them that she needs to be checked for one. It is possible that she could have one also due to her stretching her legs out behind her and dragging along the ground to stretch out. I usually have to clean that area often cause she gets dirt there but lately since it is cold she is inside more and doesn't get as much dirt was one reason I questioned if she might of had one cause she is less dirty. Seems like she would of gotten one sooner. I'll definitely get her into the vet and get checked then. She needs her shot and possibly another gland cleaning. I'll have to ask them about that too.
