Does my hen have internal parasites? If so, what med to give to her? Watery poop, pale face.

Hey guys, I has posted a thread a few days ago with a different title that didn't really specify what she had. Now I'm sure that she has something going on. Her name is Gert. She is a 2 year old sapphire gem. Her face is very pale and her poop is extremely watery. She's eating, drinking, and scratching around the run, but not as enthusiastically as she usually does.
I was originally thinking that this was a side effect of her molting, but the watery poop makes no sense. All the other babies molted with zero side effects.

This has been going on for 2 weeks+ with her and I was wondering what I can deworm my whole flock with?
The pics are not coming thru to my email but I'll try again later..

tysm in advance ☺️
