does my hen have worms?

I was checking on my chickens and my hen mystery pooped.
but when I looked closer,it had little white speks in it.
does my hen have worms? If so,could it spered to my other hens?

looking at her poop was kinda like

I would think so...Worm eggs maybe..probably wouldn't hurt to worm her???
