Does my pullet have gapeworm?!?!

i have 4 young pullets who recently just started laying, i recently brought home a Muscovy duck who looked like he was having breathing difficulty's and always made sounds while breathing as well as throwing his head back and forth, but he is gone know but one of my layers is starting to show similar sypmtoms and I am worried that this may be gapeworm, if so how can I treat her? Will it spread to my other 4 chickens? Are the eggs she produces still good to eat? I cannot post a video so I took some pictures of the motions my pullet is making
