There got clear plastic on inside of them so it inclosed

coop needs ventilation 24/7.
comb looks pale for age. check for parasites

We checked him over and can't see any think on him or in coop will get on to ventilation x

Definitely need ventilation. Depending on where roosts are located you could take the plastic off windows and cover with hardware cloth. Also open up along the top of the coop, all around if you can but at least two sides.

Could it br not enough sun as there coop is in the shade although he come out some days not for long

Start with a friend and ventilation and keep checking for parasites bc as stated before comb looks pale. I don't think it is lack of sun. Where do you live? Is it really hot?
