I bought 12+ silkie hatching eggs off ebay and the seller send me 16. Only one hatched and I paid $42 for the eggs!!! I hope this chick is a show quality!!

Your chick is much too young to determine show quality. All you can do at this age is check for good feather development, crest, proper feet (very important in silkies). Gender cannot be seriously determined till 4-5 mos. or possibly longer. Some people just wait to see if it lays or crows.
