How often is it that chicks that fight the most in a group, tend to fly onto you, and are very interactive end up as roosters? Does personality often indicate their gender?

Overall I would also say no. However this spring I did get one chick that was just SUPER aggressive to the other chicks and even would bite my finger-not peck- BITE and wouldn’t let go!
In my experience no. If you want to know if they're roosters or hens you can look at their comb and wings. If you post pictures I can give you my opinion.
Picture 6 - the yellow chick, has awfully red comb and wattles- I’d bet that’s a boy. The last picture also has a fairly large comb and wattles starting, but it’s harder to tell with the dark skin.
