Does the time of year affect fertilization?

Shipped eggs is a risky business... I've had friends who get 80-100% hatch rate and then there is me... 0%-what, 20%??? LOL

Yay!!! I'm soooo Happy! we decided to give it another go and 5 days later we saw veins!! Our roo is doing his thing after all. The eggs are on their 14th day now!! we candled again and had to throw out 4 ( quitters/yolkers ) but the rest are doing great and moving like CRAZY!! THank you all so much for your advice!
