Does this 4 week old chick have an impacted crop?

I have been trying to nurse this one along and it does not seem to be doing any good. It eats, drinks, and has runny poop. I have tried bread and oil, yougart, ACV, and mineral water.. Massaging has not helped. I suspect it ate pine shavings if this is a crop problem.

Hope someone chimes in to help! I don't see a bulging crop.... but then again I am a novice... Good luck Zed!
