Does this bantam has 5 toes or 4 toes and a spur? What breed / gender?

I bought this bantam today as a hen, but I just noticed "she" has either 5 toes or 4 toes and a long spur. Is "she" a rooster? The seller had several mix polish breeds as well, and I don't know if polish chickens have 5 toes (I know silkies have 5 toes).
any help will be appreciate. Thank you.

Thank you both, that's a great relief. I was afraid I bought a rooster and not a hen
