Does this bird need to be put down?

Month and a half older pullet.
Hurt in the leg by a raccoon I think.

Been trying to clean the wound. And nurse her back to health for the last 3 days.

Last night this green coloration showed up.
And now it's showing up in a few more places.

My main question is.
Is this a infection and should she be put down.
Or is this just a bruising and I should give her some time to eventually see if she could heal up?

Have been watching with hydrogen peroxide. And Neosporin.

Though she is not eating much. And the area above the green the skin was torn completely. Muscle exposed.
I was able to peel away from muscle.
The top portion of the tear seems to have healed nicely enough. But the section between her two knees seems to be what I'm concerned with.

Stop with the peroxide, it damages healthy tissue. Wash with saline solution twice daily and coat with neosporin. Leave open to the air and protect from flies.

I'd keep the wound clean and keep them in line of sight of you for awhile not in a coop outside or with others so they can heal without being picked on or attacked by insects that roam around outside. I would let them outside to walk around and get sunshine but i would have a area for them inside where their comfy and make sure it stays clean daily till the wound is all healed.
