Does This Chick Need Help?

This chick pecked more on one end of the egg rather than in the mide, and I can see its mouth sticking out. Does it need help? It looks like it's really breathing hard.

The other ones that hatched were more from the middle.

Actually, follow-up question. It was able to come out of the shell but with a lot of liquid. Like maybe unabsorbed yolk sac? It leaked down into the water part of the incubator. The others didn't have this happen. Is there anything I need to do?
