She/he is about a month and a half old and is one of the same easter egger chicks from my previous gender post (if you go to ny profile). Seems like this ones comb is developing a little more pink and larger at the top than the other ones is..? However it doesnt look like there are three rows of ridges to me..What do you guys think? Were in the process of introducing them to our flock and are slightly worried about having problems with our other rooster if this one does happen to be a male. Thanks for your help!

How cute. I'm guessing a roo since it's comb is coming in so soon. Just a guess. I have 4 EE and their combs are very different from one another.

Easter Eggers can look quite different depending on what crosses are used, just because they are white doesn't mean they will all be roosters, and yes their combs can be different too, about half of mine I hatch out of my flock have the single comb like the moms and the other have got the pea comb of dad. Easter Eggers are not an actual breed but a cross and there can be many different combinations to get them as long as one of them are a blue egg layer.

That being said it's still to early 2-3 months you should be able to tell for sure.

I have a white EE that has yellow legs and a large pea comb. built very slim and upright. I was just sure she was a he for a very long time, but she started laying pretty blue eggs about 3 weeks ago. She does have a few blackish spots in her feathers, though. Not much.
