Yea i have seen that here once got a photo of it but didn't wanna freak anyone out.it was bigger than my hand, poor henny, i knew there was nothing i could do, so i culled her and took the photos of how big it was plus i ain't spending that much on a 1.5 year old layen hen if there was a vet that could have seen her.I'm no expert, but from what I know the only option is surgery... the body can't absorb/resolve such a large infected egg. Antibiotics will keep the might keep the infection under control, but once stopped, she'll get sick again.
