Looks like a 4 week old leghorn hen to me. Leghorn hens have large combs and wattles. I would expect a roo to have a much redder comb and wattles at 4 weeks.
I'd say wait it out to see, I've got 4 leghorn hens that looked just like it and still do at 6 weeks, hatchery sexed, to young to tell just yet, just my opinion![]()
