Another Buff's legs look similar. The first thing I noticed was that the legs look swollen and the toes sort of look like pale, fat worms. At first I thought it was her age, but then I noticed the scales. I looked up SLM photos and gout, but they all looked much more severe or advanced, so it was hard to tell.
