I received this pic from my sister titled "Reasons why you should carry a camera " This pic was one of many but this one the only one that was chicken related. I just had to post it.

That leads to the question: Is a mother hen considered broody after her chicks have hatched, or is she just being a good mom? What is that bitty creature, anyways? It IS a puppy, right? Almost looks like a tiny lamb.

Was the picture originally your sister's though or just one of those anonymous pictures that is being passed around through email? There might be an ownership issue with it if it's the latter.
