Does this Welsummer have a small head?

Hi All,

I've been trying for awhile to get a good breeding flock of Welsummers going, but I've been having hard time. I only have one male left, thanks to a racoon. He's only about 4.5 months old, but something seems off in his body type. Like his head is too small or something. I was wondering if he's worth keeping...? I'm still new to the breed, but both the male and female I have left seem like they have small heads.
