Does wormer affect the eggs?

I just treated my hens water with Wazine wormer. Does anyone know if it will affect the taste or make the eggs not fit for consumption? Since the production has dropped for my 7 hens, we wouldn't have to dispose of too many eggs.

You should not eat the eggs for 10 days after worming. Some people do but it is not recommended.

I didn't see where it said for how long, so thatnks for the info. on the 10 days. Was that on a bottle of wormer or from another source?
