My Orpingtons will follow me around begging for food. They LOVE baked chessy munchie mix and know what the bag looks like.
My spitzenhaubens run up to me know looking for chicken candy (aka as mealworms). Does anyone elses chickens do this.

They are worse than dogs - (my dogs do not beg).

It is a must at my house to watch for chickens walking around your feet.

Or, WORSE, the ones who dart quickly infront of you, stop, and then squat.

(have almost stepped on a couple)

Takes me three times longer to walk from the house to the barn once the chickens are out.

2 of mine do, But my barred plymouth rock, is like my attack dog, don't even have one of those but yes, he acts like one.
He will follow me, he comes running when i call him, and he attacks everyone except for me even my husband.

When they get under foot and you step on their foot they dont go to far shoot back like a sling shot

After i let mine out in the morning, If I go outside by the back door they come running. I know it is for food but I always say "I love you too!"

Everytime I come out of my back door they run up to see if I have anything for them then they wine and cry just like babies.

Yep. Mine almost know what they are going to get by what time it is. They are spoiled little brats!!!!

My buff orpington runs to the back door when she hears the deadbolt unlocking! When I open to let the dogs in, she follows. Also, when I feed the dogs in the morning, she tries to stick her head in too..She is relentless! My very favorite chicken and she is extremely personable
