Does your 'tude change with the seasons?

That's about it for me. Love spring and everything growing and renewing itself again. Summers in Arkansas? There is a hell and I live in it.

Sour, who you calling a child? I'll have you know I found three gray hairs today, my very first (well almost!).

I can't quite put my finger on it, what my deal is with fall. It makes me feel older.

Me too. I like all the seasons though. I guess I am ADD enough to get tired of each season towards the end of it. I am always eagerly awaiting the turn of the weather.

I do not enjoy Autumn the way most people do. For me, it's a time of anxiety, because I know that winter is nearing. Winters are tough here, living alone and tough on my body and spirit. I definitely have Seasonal Affective Disorder, so as the season progresses, my mood changes, my sleep changes, it's awful. I am SO much happier in Spring and Summer!

Ya'll with SAD can take vitamin D in fall and winter, it will cheer you right up and give you energy. I am a happy bouncy person anyway, but on vitamin D I am ricocheting off the walls! Try it, it will help.

I'm also a certified SAD girl.

Fall makes me sad and reserved. Winter makes me cry and it is basically a monumental task to get out of bed and not bite everyone's head off.

And why doesn't my husband want to move to Texas?

I have SAD too---I am dead in Winter-Hate it with a passion and up here in the mountains-it will kill yah with -40 on some days! Fall is My Summer:)

I have been taking 5,000 IU of Vitamin D3 daily for about four years now. Last year after his pulmonary embolisms the doctor put DH on 5,000 IUs as well. At my last visit the doctor suggested a SAD lamp, but that's not really needed until winter. Just a different feeling about the season, hard to explain.
